Growing up Doug was always interested in learning new skills and working with his hands, sometime in his teenage years woodworking became a hobby that he would continue to cultivate until the opportunity to start his own business came about in 2016. While working with her hands was never a strong suit for Cassie, running a business was always part of her dreams for the future. Both Doug and Cassie set out with the goal to create a business that would serve it’s customers well, AND serve it’s employees well. They firmly believe that without their people, Cincinnati Custom Woodworking would not be where it is today. 

Over the years of doing business, Cincinnati Custom Woodworking has changed quite a bit. What started as a remodeling business, Adams & Company Services, was transformed quickly into a specialized woodworking business, bringing the best quality furniture, cabinetry, and interior trim to Cincinnati and the surrounding areas. In 2019 it became clear that it was time for another change. As the business grew and more great people joined the team, Doug and Cassie determined that the next best step was to give the company a name that really exemplified what the business was all about. And so, Cincinnati Custom Woodworking was born.
